Presenters will stand by to answer additional questions if needed. "Lunch Bites" is on at 1 pm EST on the second Tuesday of every month. Eat Right When Money is Tight classesOPT For Healthy Living These classes are cooking & food budgeting demonstrations featuring a "Harvest of the Month" fruit or vegetable & a whole grain. Classes are held in English every third Thursday of the month from 6 -7 pm. Qualifying income families receive a free bag of food at the end of each class. Separate children activities are available.
